When it is sent with a batch of new state-of-the-art animatronics to the Pizzaplex, the Mimic stands out as the only one dirty and discolored. When it hunts the teens, its pupils are black. Its white eyes turn orange when it is activated. It has a small switch at the back of the skull that opens its mouth, allowing access to the circuits and wires inside. It has a rectangular-shaped head with white eyes in steel sockets, a mouth lined with white metal teeth, and a pair of bent metal ears at the top that resemble antennae. While most endoskeletons have a basic metal structure, the Mimic has a steel frame with many metal rods, ball joints, pistons, that allow it to expand and contract its limbs at will. In Epilogue 1, the Mimic's body is seven feet tall. Edwin beats Mimic out of anger, dislocating its eye, compressing its face, breaking its teeth, bending its spine, and crushing its hands, arms and rib cage. Mimic's jaw was made from the Leavers machine's guide bars with teeth drilled onto it. There was also a processor at the back of the skull with wires connecting from the back of its head, through its mouth and around its rib cage. In The Mimic, Edwin used unorthodox objects such as the pistons from a washing machine and trinkets from a Leavers machine to make the endoskeleton's body. After David dies in a car accident, Edwin beats the Mimic out of grief and making mimic his angry. It was an experimental and intelligent animatronic created by Edwin Murray to copy any movement it sees and care for his son, David Sean Murray, whilst Edwin worked. It is the main antagonist of The Mimic, the third story of Tales from the Pizzaplex: Nexie, as well as the epilogues. The Mimic is an animatronic endoskeleton created by Edwin Murray.
